摘要
利用正交试验法,探讨了密度、施胶量及热压压力对板材物理性能的影响,提出较佳的工艺参数。研究表明:在试验范围内,密度增大,力学强度和吸水厚度膨胀率随之增大;施胶量增大,力学强度和甲醛的释放量增加,吸水厚度膨胀率减小;热压压力增加,内结合强度降低,静曲强度、弹性模量以及吸水厚度膨胀率几乎不变,热压压力由1.5 MPa增加到2.25 MPa时,内结合强度约降低了3%,热压压力由2.25 MPa增加到3 MPa时,内结合强度约降低了6%。
The influence of density,adhesive content,and hot-press pressure on physical and mechanical properties of panel was studied by using the orthogonal experiment.The better technological parameters were put forward.The research shows that:within the scope of the test,with the increase of density,the mechanical properties and the thickness swelling rate of water absorption increase;With the increase of resin content,the mechanical properties and the formaldehyde emission increase,the thickness swelling rate of water absorption decrease;With the increase of hotpress pressure,the internal bond strength decreases,the static bending strength,elastic modulus and the thickness swelling rate of water absorption have no significant change,when hot-press pressure increase from 1.5 MPa to 2.25 MPa,the internal bond strength decreases by 3%,when hot-press pressure increase from 2.25 MPa to 3 MPa,the interna]bond strength decreases by 6%.
