摘要
目的针对急诊留观室危重患者中可能出现的护理危险因素进行分析,给予相应的对策,探究对策的效果。方法选择2013年10月至2015年10月经由本院收治的300例患者以投掷法随机分成两组,给予常规护理的150例患者作为对照组,实施对策护理的150例患者作为实验组,将两组患者护理疗效及急诊留观区危重患者危险因素进行对比分析。结果实验组与对照组的总有效率分别为94.67%、65.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);危险因素为沟通缺乏因素(33.33%)显著高于管理制度不当(6.67%)。结论急诊留观室危重患者出现的护理危险因素众多,针对其实施相应的对策可减少危险事件发生,建议广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing risk factor of critically ill patients in observation room of emergency department,to give corresponding countermeasures and explore the effect of countermeasures. Methods300 cases,those who admitted in our hospital during October 2013 and October 2015,were selected as the research object and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the randomly throwing method. The control group was given the conventional nursing and the experimental group was given the countermeasures for nursing. Nursing efficacy and risk factors of critically ill patients in observation area of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 94. 67% and 65. 33%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The lack of communication（ 33. 33%） was significantly higher than improper management system（ 6. 67%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing risk factor for critically ill patients in observation room of emergency department is numerous. Implementation of corresponding measures can reduce the danger,we suggest a wide range of application.
