摘要
目的就综合康复护理在血管性痴呆患者中的应用进行分析与探讨。方法选自我院从2013年9月-2015年10月收治的血管性痴呆患者88例,按照入院就诊时间将其平均分为对照组（n=44）和干预组（n=44）,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予干预组患者综合康复护理,其后对比护理满意度。结果干预组患者接受综合康复护理较比采用常规护理的对照组,护理满意度高于对照组。结论在血管性痴呆患者中应用综合康复护理,其护理效果显著。
Objective In this paper, the application of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with vascular dementia were analyzed and discussed. Methods Choose self hospital from September 2013 to October 2015, admitted during the period of 88 patients with vascular dementia, according to the average admission time divided into control group（n =44） and intervention group（n=44）, control group patients＇ routine nursing,gives the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention group patients, then compare the nursing satisfaction. Results The intervention group patients received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing their generation using the control group of conventional nursing care satisfaction is higher than the control group. Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with vascular dementia, the nursing effect is remarkable.
