摘要
目的分析康复护理干预对老年性痴呆患者生活质量所产生的影响。方法此研究中的54例纳入对象则为我院在2013年4月-2015年6月收治的老年性痴呆患者。根据单双号方法划分为观察和对照两组,两组患者均采用常规治疗后,观察组患者应在此基础上加入康复护理。结果观察组和对照组患者分别经过护理后,护理满意度经计算后分别为92.59%以及74.07%,数据之间统计学意义产生（P〈0.05）。结论在临床中对患有老年性痴呆的患者在进行常规护理的同时应加入康复护理,从而提升患者的生活质量,有助于患者自身认知功能的改善。
Objective To analysis of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the impact of senile dementia patients quality of life. Methods 54 cases into the object of this study is the hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 admitted during the period of senile dementia patients. According to the division. The method to observe and compare two groups, two groups of patients after the conventional treatment, observation group of patients should be based on the join of rehabilitation nursing. Results Observation group and control group patients respectively after nursing, nursing satisfaction were 92.59% and 74.07% respectively after calculation, data statistical significance between produce（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical to normal in patients with senile dementia care should join the rehabilitation nursing at the same time, so as to improve the quality of life of patients,help to improve cognitive function in the patient＇s own.
