摘要
目的探究神经内科门诊患者焦虑与抑郁症状特点以及有关的影响因素。方法选取我院神经内科门诊治疗的患者60例,使用医院焦虑抑郁量表以及自制问卷,在年龄、性别、文化程度等多方面进行调查。结果出现焦虑症状的阳性患者占34.8%,抑郁症状阳性患者占39.8%,两种症状和患者的年龄、性别、文化程度存在关联。结论神经内科门诊患者出现抑郁以及焦虑为普遍情况,女性多见,年龄越高发生率越大,高学历人群更容易出现该症状。
Objective To explore neural department of internal medicine outpatients with anxiety and depressive symptoms and related factors influencing characteristics. Methods 60 cases of hospital outpatient department of internal medicine patients using the hospital anxiety and depression scale and self-made questionnaire survey in age, sex and cultural level etc. Results The positive patients have symptoms of anxiety depression positive patients accounted for 34.8%, accounting for 39.8%, there are two kinds of associated symptoms and the patient＇s age, gender, culture degree. Conclusion Patients with depression and anxiety were common in patients with neurological department of internal medicine. Women were more likely to occur. The higher the age, the higher the degree, the more likely to appear the symptom.
