摘要 目的探究急性心肌梗死患者早期血钾浓度与冠状动脉造影相关血管及室性心律失常的关系,以供临床参考研究。方法本次研究对象从2014年11月-2015年12月于我院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者中选取74例,通过急性心肌梗死患者的早期血钾浓度分为2组,即早期低血钾组(血钾浓度小于3.5 mmol/L)以及血钾正常组(血钾浓度在3.6-5.5mmol/L),观察74例急性心肌梗死患者血钾浓度与冠状动脉造影相关血管以及室性心律失常的关系。结果当出现前降支血管病变时,易合并有低钾血症,还容易发生室性心律失常例数,其发生例数高于血钾正常组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者早期血钾浓度与冠状动脉造影相关血管及室性心律失常具有一定的关系。 Objective To explore the early acute myocardial infarction patients with serum potassium concentrations associated with coronary angiography in vascular and ventricular arrhythmias in relation, for reference by clinical research. Methods From November 2014 to December 2015, 74 patients with acute myocardial infarction, through early serum potassium concentrations in acute myocardial infarction patients were divided into 2 groups, namely early group of low blood potassium(potassium concentration is less than 3.5 mmol/L) and normal blood potassium(potassium concentration between 3.6-5.5 mmol/L), Observation of 74 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with serum potassium concentration associated with coronary angiography in vascular and the relationship of ventricular arrhythmias. Results Through this research can be seen, when the anterior descending artery lesion, associated with hypokalemia, also were susceptible to ventricular arrhythmia cases, the number of cases was significantly higher than normal potassium blood, significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early serum potassium concentration in patients with acute myocardial infarction and coronary angiography in vascular and has some relationship of ventricular arrhythmias, can be used to promote.
