摘要 永磁同步电机伺服系统的控制性能在实际工作过程中要受到电机参数的影响,其中转动惯量尤为重要,它在整定调节器参数和调节系统性能过程中起了重要作用。鉴于常规的模型参考自适应算法存在辨识精度不够高等问题,采用加权递推平均滤波方法与模型参考自适应算法相结合,对永磁同步电机转动惯量进行辨识,验证其可行性与有效性。仿真和实验结果表明,加入该方法后,与原来辨识结果相比,收敛速度快,辨识精度更高,且具有很好的实用性。 The control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system in practical work is influenced by the electrical parameters, especially the moment of inertia, which is very important in the process of tuning control parameters and regulating system performance. Due to the commonly used model reference adaptive control identification algorithm is not precise enough, this paper combines the weighted recursive average filtering method with model reference adaptive control algorithm to identify the moment of inertia. The simulation and the test demonstrate that, compared with the original identification result, the proposed method has faster convergence speed, higher identification accuracy, and has good practicability.
