摘要
本文以长春理工大学为例,在阐释了会计学专业高素质复合型人才培养模式内涵的基础上,着重从更新教育理念、修订培养方案、改革课程体系三大维度重构了本专业高素质复合型人才培养模式,并提出加强会计学专业教学团队建设、改革教学方法和教学手段、完善管理制度等策略来保证该人才培养模式的顺利实施。
This paper takes Changchun University of Science and Technology as an example,on the basis of expounded the training mode connotation of accounting professional compound talents with high- quality,this paper reconstruct the professional high- quality compound talents training mode from education idea,revised culture scheme,reform curriculum system,and propose to strengthen the accounting professional teaching team construction,reform teaching method and teaching means,and improve the management system to ensure the smooth implementation of the talent training mode.
