摘要
"一带一路"是一个具有复杂背景和丰富内涵的伟大倡议。当前,经济全球化的体制和机制正在发生重大变化,中国参与经济全球化的基础和条件也正在发生着重大的改变,国际社会对中国的认知和期待与过去相比更趋多样化,要求我们深化体制改革与加快对外开放。在推进"一带一路"建设进程中,我们要坚持"对接"、"共建"、"互联互通"和"互利共赢"的原则,切实应对复杂的挑战与风险,努力抓住新的机遇和取得务实的效果。
The＂One Belt One Road＂initiative is a great proposal put forward by China in the complicated world scenario. The present economic globalization regime and mechanism is featuring significant transformation while the bases and conditions for China to participate in the economic globalization process are changing materially. The international community is currently forming a more highly diversified perception and expectation of China than ever, which calls for deepened institutional reform and expedited opening to the outside on the China＇s part. In promoting such an initiative, China needs to cling to the principles of linking, co-building, interconnecting, winwin and mutual benefit to meet the complex and various challenges and risks for a grip of new opportunities and realization of pragmatic effects.
