知识异质、组织学习与企业创新绩效关系研究 被引量:18

Relational Research of Knowledge Heterogeneity and Organizational Learning and Innovation Performance of the Company

摘要 选取山东、江苏两省225家创新类企业为样本,对不同内容的异质性知识(技术知识异质,市场知识异质)、不同的组织学习行为(利用式学习,探索式学习)与企业创新绩效之间的关系进行了考察。结果表明:技术知识异质对企业创新绩效有倒U型影响;市场知识异质对企业创新绩效有正向影响;利用式学习与探索式学习对企业创新绩效均有正向影响;技术知识异质对利用式学习有倒U型影响,对探索式学习有正向影响;市场知识异质对利用式学习与探索式学习均有正向影响;利用式学习与探索式学习在技术知识异质与企业创新绩效关系及市场知识异质与企业创新绩效关系中均起到了部分中介作用。 There are 225 enterprises from Shan Dong and Jiang Su provinces have been chosen as the sample enterprises tO unveil the connections between heterogeneity of knowledge (technical knowledge heterogeneity and market knowledge heterogeneity), the learning abilities of different companies (exploitation learning and exploration learning) and the performance of the enterprises. According to the researching results, the technical knowledge he- terogeneity is in an adverse U correlation with the innovation performance of the company. The market knowledge heterogeneity has a positive correlation with the innovation performance of the company. Exploitation and explora- tion learning have positive correlation with the innovation performance of the company. Technical knowledge he- terogeneity has adverse U effect over exploitation learning while has a positive impact over exploration learning. Market knowledge heterogeneity has positive impact over both the exploitation and exploration learning. Exploita- tion and exploration learning have partially played a mediator role in the connection between technical knowledge heterogeneity, market knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance of the company.
