摘要
目的探讨混合线性模型应用于婴幼儿生长发育护理中的效果。方法选择104例婴幼儿,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予生长发育护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用混合线性模型指导护理干预措施制定和实施。比较2组婴幼儿护理干预后体质量、身高增加情况及干预期患病情况。结果干预3、6个月后,观察组婴幼儿体质量增加和身高增加数值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预期各类疾病发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿生长发育护理中应用混合线性模型有助于提高其生长发育水平。
Objective To explore the effect of mixed linear model on the growth and develop- ment of infants. Methods A total of 104 infants were randomly divided into control group and obser- vation group. Control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given mixed linear model for guidance of the nursing intervention measures on the basis of control group. Increasing of height and weight after nursing intervention as well as prevalence during intervention period were com- pared between two groups. Results After 3 and 6 months of intervention, the increasing of weight and height in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Inci- dence rates of all kinds of disease in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of mixed linear model in the growth and development of infants can improve the growth and development level.
