黄土地区承压水地层钻孔桩成孔施工技术 被引量:5

摘要 宁西二线沋河特大桥部分钻孔桩地层范围内有承压水,水头高度3-6.5 m。承压水地层钻孔桩施工在西北地区极为罕见,无法用冲击钻或旋挖钻等常规钻孔方法成孔,没有成熟的经验可供借鉴。经过现场多次试验及论证,使用筑岛回填平衡水头后用冲击钻成孔的方法完成了承压水地层钻孔桩施工任务,成功解决了该技术难题,形成了一套较为经济实用的施工方法,为今后类似的项目施工积累了可供借鉴的经验。 Confined water exists in partial bored pile formations of the Youhe River Grand Bridge in Nanjing-Xi'an New Double-line Railway,with 3 to 6.5 m high of the water head.The construction of bored pile in confined water formation is extremely rare in the northwest part of China.The pore-forming by conventional drilling method is impossible,and there is no ripe experience available for reference.After balancing water head through island construction backfill,the method of the electric impact drill pore-forming is adopted after a lot of argumentation and test at the scene.The method has successfully solved the technological problem,and a suit of relatively economic and practical construction method is formed.It can provide a valuable experience for similar project construction in the future.
