摘要
针对某型电动工程车辆,在综合考虑其工作机构、转向系统及制动系统需求的基础上,对车辆泵站参数进行了匹配设计。采用变频阀控复合调速方式,设计了整车液压回路。实车测试表明:在满载变幅、满载调平两种典型工况下,泵站转速跟踪准确、响应迅速,能够较好地满足液压系统需求。
According to a certain type of electric engineering vehicle, the parameters of the pump station are matched with the comprehensive consideration of the requirement of the working mechanism, the steering system and the braking system. The hydraulic circuit of the whole vehicle is designed by using the variable frequency con- trol mode. The real vehicle test shows that under two typical conditions of full load range and full load leveling. Pump speed tracking accuracy, response quickly, can better meet the needs of hydraulic systems.
