摘要
[目的]建立"紫叶白桦"组培快繁体系。[方法]选取当年生半木质化枝条的顶芽和侧芽为外植体进行芽直接增生途径再生研究。[结果]获取最佳外植体诱导培养基、最佳增殖培养基和最佳生根培养基,最佳移栽基质为蛭石+草炭(1∶1)。[结论]为建立"紫叶白桦"组培快繁体系提供依据。
[Objective] The aim was to develop a plant regeneration system for Betula‘Royal Frost'. [Method]Terminal bud and lateral bud of one-year semi-lignified twigs were used for plantlet regeneration experiments.[Result] The optimum induction culture medium of explants, enrichment medium and the optimum rooting medium were obtained. The optimum transplantation medium was turfy soil mixed vermiculite(1∶1).[Conclusion] The experiments provided basis for tissue culture and rapid propagation in Betula‘Royal Frost'.
