摘要
目的:考察鄂西地区咸丰、宣恩县及利川市中医院民族药品种应用情况,并进行品种整理研究。方法:通过医院药房民族药材(饮片)品种的调查与样品收集、民族医生访谈、野外原植物标本采集鉴定、药材样品鉴定和资料整理分析,得出研究结果。结果与结论:明确了第三批19种鄂西医院用土家药(苗药)的名称、基源、功效应用,总结了医院使用的相关情况,纠正了某些品种文献记载及使用中的问题,首次对南天竹茎进行了性状描述。研究结果为促使医院规范用药,及土家族苗族常用药物深入研究与开发利用提供了参考。
Objective：To investigate and research the ethnic medicines and their clinical applications in TMC hospitals of Xianfeng,Xuan＇en Counties and Lichuan City in western Hubei Province.Methods：Through the ethnic medicines（pieces）investigation in the hospital pharmacies,samples collection,ethnic physician interviews,collection and identification of the original plant specimens,sample identification and data compilation,the related informations were obtained.Results and Conclusion：The authors defined names,original plants,effectiveness and applications of the third batch of 19 Tujia medicine（Miao medicine）in the hospitals of western Hubei,summarized the situation of application of these medicines used in hospitals,corrected problems in the literature and application about some medicines and completed the macroscapic characteristics description of＂nantianzhujing＂drugs.The study could provide a reference for the standardization application and further research and development of the medicine of Tujia and Miao Nationality.
