摘要
中国农村义务教育长期处于落后状态,这严重影响教育整体水平的提升,因此,促进农村义务教育的发展尤为重要。通过对福建省A市农村义务教育的调研,结果表明其存在的诸如财政投入不足、办学经费短缺和辍学率高、基础设施落后等问题,是由教育投入体制、城镇化进程以及对义务教育的战略地位认识、农村教师管理机制不健全这四个方面的原因导致的。为破解福建省农村义务教育发展中存在的难题,分别从教育投入体制、农村教师队伍建设、农村义务教育课程和教学改革以及教师管理体制等四个方面提出了解决对策。
Rural compulsory education in China has been backward, which affects the overall education level seriously, and therefore, promoting the development of rural compulsory education is particularly important. Taking the rural compulsory education in City A as an example, it pointed out that Fujian rural compulsory education exists many problems, such as insufficient financial investment funds, high dropout rate, poor infrastructure, etc., which are caused by the education investment system, urbanization, the understanding of the strategic status of compulsory education and rural teacher management mechanism. This paper put forward countermeasures from four aspects including the education investment system, the rural reform of curriculum and teaching, and teacher management system, etc.
