摘要
目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法以我院收治的76例小儿肺炎继发性腹泻患儿为研究对象,将患者按照随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,每组患儿38例。对照组患儿给予常规西药治疗,观察组患儿在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上加用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,比较2组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿腹泻缓解时间、呕吐缓解时间、退热时间和治愈时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为94.7%,家长对治疗满意度为92.1%,对照组治疗有效率为76.3%,家长对治疗满意度为73.7%,观察组治疗有效率和家长对治疗满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒能够有效缓解小儿继发性腹泻患儿腹泻症状,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore theclinical effect of Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea. Methods In our hospital, 76 eases of children with infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea as the research objects, in accordance with the random principle, patients were divided into control group and observation group, with each group of 38 cases of children. Children in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group was given Xingpi Yanger granule on the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine. The therapeutic effect of two groups of children was com- pared. Results The relieve diarrhea, vomiting, reduce time, antifebrile time and cure time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . The effective rate and satis- faction of the observation group was 94.7% and 92.1%, respectively, the effective rate and satisfaction of the control group was 76.3% and 73.7%, respectively, the effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Xingpi Yanger granule can effectively alleviate symptoms of nfantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
