摘要
目的探讨信息化管理模式在医院中药房中的应用效果。方法本院中药房自2015年1月开始应用门急诊医嘱传输系统实施信息化管理。分别随机抽取2015年1月—12月本院中药房8000张调剂处方及2014年1月—12月8000张调剂处方,对比门急诊医嘱传输系统实施前后不良事件发生情况。结果信息化管理实施后,不良事件发生率为0.69%(55/8000),明显低于实施前的0.15%(12/8000),结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理系统在中药房中有着较高的应用价值,能密切结合传统医药学和现代化科学,促使中药房管理工作更趋规范化、标准化,提升中药房服务质量。
Objective To discuss the application effect of the information management mode in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. Methods Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy in our hospital used emergency physician order transmission system to implement information management system since January 2015. 8000 prescriptions from January 2015 to December 2015 and 8000 prescriptions from January 2014 to December 2014 in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy were randomly selected. The adverse events before and after the implementation of emergency medical system were compared. Results After the implementation of infor- mation management, the incidence of adverse events was 0.15% （12/8000） , which was significantly lower than 0.69% （55/8000） of before the implementation, and the results had significant differences （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Information management system in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy has a high application value, can closely combine traditional medicine and modem science, promote pharmacy management more standardized and standardization, and enhance the quality of pharmacy services.
