摘要
目的了解商业写字楼集中空调通风系统卫生状况,提高商业写字楼集中空调卫生管理水平。方法根据《上海市集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》、《集中空调通风系统卫生管理规范》设计调查表,对辖区内30家商业写字楼集中空调卫生状况进行调查及检测。结果商业写字楼集中空调卫生管理方面存在卫生管理制度、应急预案及相关清洗维护记录不全,未开展从业人员空调卫生知识培训,部分空调设施不清洁,未按要求定期开展空调通风系统及冷却水嗜肺军团菌的检测等问题。检测集中空调风管内表面细菌总数合格户数占96.7%,真菌总数的合格户数占83.3%,积尘量合格户数占60%。现场采集30家商业写字楼内集中空调送风中细菌总数合格户数为100%,真菌总数合格户数为100%,溶血性链球菌合格户数为100%,可吸入颗粒物(PM10)合格户数为96.7%。现场采集26家商业写字楼冷却水嗜肺军团菌样品合格户数为84.6%。结论商业写字楼集中空调通风系统卫生管理环节存在不足,集中空调通风系统存在不同程度污染。商业写字楼管理单位应按照相关要求做好空调系统的日常卫生管理和清洗工作,定期对空调系统卫生状况开展检测,健全日常管理机制,保证空调系统运行期间室内空气品质。卫生监督管理部门应加大卫生监督管理力度,逐步提高卫生管理水平。
Objective To Understand the health status of central air conditioning in commercial office building,enhance health management level of central air conditioning in commercial office building. Methods Investigate and carry out onsite inspection about the health status of central air conditioning of 30 Commercial office buildings in the area. Results There were some problems in the health management of central air conditioning in commercial office building,such as health management system、emergency plan and related cleaning and maintenance records were not comprehensive,did not carry out the practitioners air hygiene knowledge training,some air conditionin gwas not clean,did not carry out regular inspection on the hygiene situation of air conditioning system and legionella pneumophila of cooling water.In the 30 com-mercial office buildings, the detection we found total bacteria in central air conditioning duct pass rate was96.7 %,total fungi pass rate was83.3 %,Dust amountpass rate was 60%;total bacteria in air supply from Central air conditioning pass rate was100%,total fungi pass rate was 100%,hemolytic streptococcus pass rate was 100 %,PM10 pass rate was96.7%;In the 26 commercial office buildings,Legionella pneumophila of Cooling（condensate）water pass rate was 84.6%. Conclusion there are some deficiencies in the health management of central air conditioning in commercial office building, and there are some pollutions in central air conditioning.Office management unit should complete the daily health management system and cleaning work, in accordance with the relevant requirements of air conditioning,carry out regular inspection on the hygiene situation of air conditioning system, perfect the management mechanism,guarantee indoor air quality during the operation of air conditioning system.Health supervision departments should strengthen hygiene supervision and man-agement, increase the level of health management gradually.
