摘要
文章介绍了地铁车辆数据采集诊断及无线传输方法,并结合地铁车辆的调试工艺文件设计了地铁车辆电气数据采集方法、自动判定方法及无线传输方式。采用该系统可自动判定每个调试步骤的操作和结果,减少人为误判行为,大大提高地铁车辆的调试效率,文章最后在地铁车辆静态调试中进行了相关模拟测试,验证了该系统的可行性。
In this paper, the method of electrical data acquisition and wireless transmission of metro vehicles are introduced. According to the debugging process document of the metro vehicle, the method of electrical data acquisition and automated decision, the way of wireless transmission of the acquired data are analyzed. The system can automatically determine the operation and the result of the debugging step. By using the system, the efficiency of the debugging of metro vehicles is improved and the misjudgment caused by people is induced. Finally, the system is used in the simulation test of metro vehicles static debugging and proved to be feasible.
