摘要
针对新型绿色发电系统风光储一体化变电站对电能质量监测和电能转换计量的要求,设计了一种智能电能质量在线监测与计量系统。核心硬件采用了嵌入式模块化结构设计,嵌入式软件采用三层构架方式,以及多种通信方式和B/S架构的远程监控。通过将风光储一体化电站各发电线路实时电量统计和电能质量的谐波分析等结合起来,实现了不同类型电能转化的电量计量。该系统结构合理,安装简易,管理方便,满足风光储一体化电站对常规电能质量监测要求,可实现电能转换计量、绿色节能的评价等。
In allusion to requirement of new typed green power generation system named Wind-PV-ES integrated power station for electric energy quality monitoring and electric energy conversion metering,a kind of online monitoring and metering system for intelligent electric energy quality is designed.The core hardware adopts embedded modular structural design and the embedded software adopts three-layer framework,multiple communication modes and B/S architecture remote monitoring.By combining real-time electric quantity statistics of power generation lines in Wind-PV-ES integrated power station and harmonic analysis on electric energy quality,it is able to realize electric energy metering for different typed electric energy conversion.This system has reasonable structure and is easy to be installed and convenient to be managed which can meet monitoring requirement for conventional electric energy quality for Wind-PV-ES integrated power station and realize electric energy conversion metering,evaluation on green energy saving,and so on.
