摘要 针对10 kV开关柜内部电弧故障危害性大,故障危害程度与电弧燃烧时间成正比的特点,为解决现有电流式保护、弧光保护和断路器切除电弧故障的动作时间长、方案复杂等问题,提出并研发了用于限制内部电弧燃烧时间的主动型电弧故障保护装置。当发生10 kV开关柜内部电弧故障时,该装置能在小于5 ms内控制熄弧单元主动将故障所在的10 kV母线进行三相金属性接地,从而熄灭故障电弧,同时该装置发出跳闸命令给进线断路器跳闸,将电源切除,隔离故障,避免了开关柜内部电弧故障造成的设备损坏,保障了现场工作人员的安全,实现了10 kV开关柜内部电弧故障的主动快速防护。 In allusion to problems that arc fault inside 10 kV switchgear may cause great harm and degree of harm is in proportion to combustion time of electric arc,a kind of proactive arc protection device for restricting combustion time of internal electric arc is presented and developed in order to solve problems of long action time and complicated scheme of current protection,arc protection and breaker clearing electric arc fault.When arc fault occurs inside 10 kV switchgear,this device may cause three-phase metallic earth of 10 kV bus with the fault in less than5 ms by controlling arc quenching unit and consequently extinguish faulted electric arc.Meanwhile,the device sends out tripping order to the incoming circuit breaker to cut off power supply and isolate fault which may avoid damages of equipments caused by arc fault inside the switchgear,ensure security of field personnel and realize initiative and fast protection for arc fault inside 10 kV switchgear.
