摘要
从法国大革命的宏观背景来考察,《穑月七日档案法》是档案与革命交集的产物。《穑月七日档案法》颁布于雅各宾派执政后期,它所体现的是法国激进革命派别的意志,其内容与后者的政治主张保持了一致。《穑月七日档案法》的不足,也与大革命有着密切联系。
From the macro background of the French Revolution, The 7 Messidor law was the mix of archives and revolution. The 7 Messidor law promulgated in the later period of Jacobins government, it re- flected the will of French radical revolutionary, which contents were consistent with the latter＇s politics. The defects of The 7 Messidor law also have close relations with the French Revolution.
