摘要
分析了传统继电保护特性的不足,提出了继电保护的柔性动作特性概念,即根据保护对象的故障特征采用多种判据确定动作特性。相比采用单一判据的继电保护刚性特性,柔性动作特性适用于故障特征不显著的情形。介绍了继电保护柔性动作特性的应用场合,包括变压器励磁涌流识别、距离保护振荡闭锁开放条件、高阻接地故障的速动性与准确性等,展望了继电保护柔性动作特性的应用前景。
The deficiency of traditional relay protection is analyzed, and the concept of flexible operation features of relay protection is proposed. That is, operation features are determined with a variety of criteria according to the fault characteristics of protection objects. Compared with the operation features using a single criterion for relay protection, flexible operation features are suitable for cases of indistinct fault characteristics. The application occasions of the protection flexible operation features are described, including transformer excitation inrush current identification, distance protection oscillation block open conditions, the rapidity and accuracy of high resistance grounding fault, and so on. Finally, the application prospects of the relay protection flexible operation features are previewed.
