摘要 在社交媒体的时代,市场化传统媒体遭遇到的最根本危机源自原有盈利模式——二次销售模式的坍塌。因为社交媒体消解了公众和广告主对新闻媒体产品的购买意愿。而主营新闻的新媒体也同样面对缺乏稳定盈利模式的困境。通过改变对新闻价值的认识和创制原生广告,BuzzFeed仍然能够在二次销售模式中获得迅速的增长。然而,用户趣味的快速变化和原生广告制作的复杂过程仍然考验着盈利模式的稳定性。更值得反思的是,BuzzFeed可以创造出一种新的媒体盈利模式,但它可能无法复制原有新闻业的社会功能。 In the age of social media, the most essential crisis which social-oriented traditional media encounter comes from the collapse of Secondary Sales Model. Social media dissolves both the public and advertisers' buying intention for news products. New media of which the main business is journalism, however, is facing dilemma as well because of lacking stable for-profit model. By altering the understanding of news value and creating native advertisements, Buzz Feed is still able to take advantage of Secondary Sales Model to achieve rapid development, but the fast changes of audiences' tastes and the complicated creation process of native advertisements also challenge the stability of its for-profit model. Another thing which is worthwhile to rethink is that although Buzz Feed can create a new for-profit model for media, it may not be capable to assume the social functions as traditional news do.
