摘要
本文研究了护环用奥氏体不锈钢1Mn18Cr18N在室温条件下的高周疲劳性能。对疲劳性能S-N曲线进行了拟合分析结果表明,疲劳性能曲线能用指数函数100.00988SN=1010.2276表示。用SEM进行了断口观察,分析结果显示疲劳裂纹区始于试样的表面,裂纹扩展区出现大量的疲劳条纹、瞬断区和剪切唇区。
High cycle fatigue property of austenitic stainless steel 1Mn18Cr18N used in retaining ring at ambient temperature is investigated. The linear correlation of fatigue curve is analyzed, which indicates that fatigue curve can be expressed by exponential function 100.00988s. Fractural characterization is studied by SEM, which indicated that macrofrature is composed of crack initiation, propagation, transient fault and shear lip zone.
