摘要
近几年,随着味精工业的发展,味精加工设备向着大型化发展,也获得了显著的提高,新型味精加工设备得以涌现和发展,出现了一些新的变化。论述了我国味精的生产特点、设备选型,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。
In the last few years, with the developing of monosodium glutamate industry, the process equipments of monosodium glutamate have significantly increased and it develops towards the direction of large scale. The new types of processing equipments of monosodiurn glutamate have emerged and developed, and some new changes have appeared. In this paper, the equipment type selection and production characteristics of monosodium glutamate are discussed, and its future development trends are prospected.
