摘要
在厚煤层巷道掘进施工过程中,掘进巷道属于煤巷,由于煤自身黏聚力较小,煤层之间构造应力大,在巷道掘进支护过程中很容易造成顶板垮塌,发生滑落、塌方等事故。南阳坡煤矿8#煤层平均煤厚6.64 m,属厚煤层。选取408盘区回风巷为研究对象,首先,通过对巷道断面形式的合理选择对巷道支护进行优化设计;其次,采取现场监测巷道围岩变形的分析方法确定优化设计的实际可行性。
In the process of thick coal seam roadway drivage construction, the roadway belongs to coal roadway, due to the less cohesive force of coal itself and the coal seam tectonic stress is big, it is very easy to cause roof collapses,land sliders or caving accidents in the process of drivaging and supporting. The average coal thickness is 6.64 meters in Nanyangpo 8# coal, belonging to the thick coal seam. Choosing 408 panel return air roadway as the research object, firstly, the roadway support design is optimized through the reasonable choice of roadway cross section form; secondly, the feasibility of the optimization method.
