摘要
该文通过对《ISO 8662-11 1999AMD便携式手提动力工具手柄振动测量第11部分接合件传动工具》标准的研究,结合国内实际情况搭建了气动打钉机手柄振动加速度测试系统,对气动打钉机手柄的振动加速度检测方法进行了分析和实验研究,为气动工具性能的提升提供科学合理的检测数据。
The standard“Handheld portable power tools- Measurement of vibration at the handle-Part 11： Fastener driving tools” is researched in this paper. Combined with the actual domestic circumstances, the system for testing the vibration acceleration of pneumatic nailers handle is established. Moreover, the analysis and experimental research on the testing method of vibration acceleration of pneumatic nailers handle is also conducted. The results can provide the scientific and reasonable measured data to improve the performance of pneumatic tools.
