摘要
为研究激光喷丸强化对316L不锈钢拉伸性能的影响,采用不同激光功率密度对316L不锈钢试样进行表面强化处理,研究了激光喷丸强化处理后试样的表面显微组织以及室温拉伸性能的变化。研究结果表明,激光喷丸强化后试样的表面晶粒尺寸得到细化,最大细化率达到56.18%,同时激光喷丸试样表面还发现大量的滑移线以及形变孪晶,但并无形变马氏体相产生。同时室温拉伸实验结果表明,激光喷丸强化后试样的抗拉强度与延伸率均得到一定提高,功率密度为10GW/cm2时,延伸率提高了12.27%,可见激光喷丸提高了316L不锈钢的韧性。
To investigate the effects of laser shock peening on the tensile properties of 316L stainless steel, laser surface strengthening technology with different power density is used to modify the 316L stainless steel. The surface metallurgical structure and tensile property were measured after laser shock peening. The results show that the surface microstructures are refined and the maximum refinement rate can reach to 56.18%. Large amounts of deformation twins and slips are observed on the surface of laser treated samples, while no strain-induced martensite is observed. Laser shock peening also increas the tensile strength and elongation as the elogation increas by 12.27% when the power density is 10 GW/cm2.
