摘要
在调研石油测井专用计量发展现状的基础上,依据石油测井的行业特点,提出了以石油测井计量站、石油测井计量分站、校准实验室为核心的石油测井专用校准机构布局设计方案。从计量标准装置建设、计量规范建设、计量技术开发、计量人员培训、计量大厅建设等5个方面探讨了石油测井专用校准机构能力建设方案及石油测井专用计量国际互认的途径。认为基于网络的远程计量是石油测井专用计量的发展方向。
In order to discuss on "thirteenth five-year plan" of petroleum special measurement, on the basis of investigation of the development status of the special measurement for petroleum logging, according to the characteristics of the petroleum well logging industry, the layout scheme of petroleum logging special calibration institutions, whose core is petroleum well logging measurement stations, petroleum logging measurement substations and calibration laboratories, is proposed, and the capacity building scheme of the petroleum logging special calibration institutions is discussed from five aspects of the measurement standard device construction, the measurement standard construction, the measurement technology development, the measurement personnel training and the measuring hall building. The international mutual recognition way of petroleum logging special measurement is discussed, and it is held that the remote metering based on network is the development direction of petroleum logging special measurement.
