摘要
为保护遗址博物馆中的文物,确定适宜遗址文物长久安全保存的空气温度参数,根据遗址博物馆的特殊复杂环境("大气-文物-土壤"多参数耦合),研制了遗址文物适宜的封闭式多场耦合实验舱本体及空气温度调控系统。该多场耦合实验舱既包括上部空气环境,也包括底部土壤环境,采用了对下部遗址文物影响最小的低风速上进上回送风方式以满足遗址文物的坑道陈列模式。在舱内换气次数固定的情况下,空气温度调控系统通过铰链机构调节送风角度以优化实验舱内部的气流组织。通过实验并借助CFD软件FLUENT,研究了送风角度对实验舱内部温度场及流场的影响,获得了优化方案。实验及数值模拟结果均表明,对于所设计的多场耦合实验舱,小角度送风有利于实验舱内部温度场及流场的均匀分布,同时可降低系统能耗。研究结果可应用于汉阳陵或兵马俑这类坑式陈列,并可为送风式舱体结构的温度场分布研究提供参考。
To protect the unearthed relics and investigate the temperature related parameters for appropriate preservation environments,a multi-field-coupled test chamber and a temperature control system were developed according to the complex environment in actual site museums in terms of the parameters of air,unearthed relics and soil.The multi-field-coupled system reproduced both the upper air condition and the lower soil environment within the designed chamber.It uses the upper air supply and exhaust flow configuration with minimum impact on the unearthed relics to realize a gallery display layout for the unearthed relics.When the air change number is a given constant in this chamber,the temperature field and flow field distributions can be optimized by changing the angle of air flow supplied to the test chamber via an articulated mechanism.The influences of air feeding angle on the internal temperature and flow fields were investigated by experiment using CFD software FLUENT,and the optimized protection scheme was achieved correspondingly.The experimental and numerical results showthat for the multi-field-coupled test chamber developed in this research,uniform internal temperature and flow fields can be obtained under relatively small air feeding angle,while the energy loss can be reduced simultaneously.The designed multi-field-coupled control system may provide a reference to the investigation of air supplied temperature field in similar relics protection sites for such as Han Yang Ling Mausoleum and Terra-Cotta Warriors.
