摘要
针对普通φ260镗床的结构特点,提出了机械和液压系统必须改造的内容。介绍了西门子840Ds L数控系统功能,用PLC软件编程实现电气辅助控制功能,完成S120伺服驱动系统优化调整,通过机电一体化的整体安装调试,使该机床的定位精度、控制功能、可靠性等各项指标均达到了较高的设计要求,将普通旧机床升级改造成具有现代技术水平的数控机床。
For the structural characteristics of common φ260 boring machine,proposed the content that mechanical and hydraulic systems must transform. This paper introduces the function of SIEMENS840 Ds L numerical control system,realizes the function of electric assistant control with PLC software programming. Complete S120 servo drive system optimization and adjustment,through installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical integration of the whole,so that the machine tool's positioning accuracy,control functions and reliability reached a higher design requirements,being upgraded and transformed into a CNC machine tools with modern technical level from a general old machine.
