摘要 目的探讨酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)在梅毒检验中应用对比情况。方法 500例梅毒标本,均采用ELISA与TRUST检测,比较检测结果。结果 ELISA血清阳性率高于TRUST(P<0.05),ELISA检测结果的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均高于TRUST(P<0.05)。结论 ELISA梅毒准确性较高,适用于大批量样本筛查。 ObjectiveTo investigate application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and toluidine red unheated serum reagin test (TRUST) in syphilis detection.MethodsA total of 500 syphilis samples were inspected by ELISA and TRUST, and their detection outcome was compared.ResultsELISA showed higher serum positive rate than TRUST (P〈0.05), and its sensibility, specificity, negative and positive predictive value were all higher than those of TRUST (P〈0.05).ConclusionDue to high accuracy in syphilis detection, ELISA is suitable for large sample screening.
