摘要
[目的]探讨身心语言程序学(neuro-linguistic programming,NLP)简快技术在消化科病房护理管理中的应用。[方法]成立心理护理小组,建立"心灵沟通"护士微信群、护士QQ群,"心向阳光"护生QQ群,"肝胆相照"医护患微信群,方便医护患沟通交流,利用网络系统积极心理支持。在护士、护生、患者出现负性情绪时,运用NLP技巧进行处理。[结果]运用NLP简快疗法前后护士、护生、患者的SAS、SDS、SCL-90评分明显下降(均P<0.05)。[结论]病区运用NLP技术进行人员情绪管理,可提高护士工作积极性、消除其负性情绪,提高护生实习满意度,提高患者满意度,有利于病区人际关系和谐,是病区人文关怀服务特色项目。
[Objective]To explore the effect of neuro-linguistic programming（NLP）technology applica- tion in the nursing management of digestive department wards. [Methods]A psychological nursing group to deal with the negative emotions was set up. The communication among nurses, nurses and doctors, nursing students was conduct by mail services such as establishing QQ groups and MSN. [Results]After the usage of NLP skills, the SAS, SDS, SCL-90 scores of the nurse and the nursing student were significantly de- creased. [Conclusion]The application of NLP technology in emotion management can improve the nurse working enthusiasm and eliminates the negative emotions, also improve the nursing student and the patient satisfaction,which is conducive to ward harmonious interpersonal relationship. NLP is a characteristic of humanistic care in ward.
