摘要
对钢液中非金属夹杂物进行了系统的研究分析,结合生产实际总结出控制钢中C类夹杂物(硅酸盐类夹杂物)以及去除钢中非金属夹杂物的方法,最终制订出符合现场生产实际的工艺方案。方案实施后钢水洁净度得到改善。
The article makes systematic study and analysis on non - metallic inclusions in liquid steel, summarizesthe methods to control C type inclusions or silicate inclusions and remove the non - metallic inclusions in liquidsteel on the basis of production practice, finally establishes process plan adaptive to the site production. The steelcleanliness is greatly improved after implementing the plan.
