摘要
目的观察化浊解毒活血通络法对血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将60只昆明小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、中药治疗组、假手术组,每组15只,前3组采用反复脑缺血再灌注法制备血管性痴呆模型。造模成功后假手术组、模型组灌服生理盐水,阳性对照组灌服脑复康液,中药治疗组给予化浊解毒活血通络中药灌服。治疗后对各组小鼠采用跳台试验进行行为学测试。结果与模型组相比,化浊解毒活血通络法能够提高血管性痴呆小鼠的行为学成绩。结论化浊解毒活血通络法可以改善血管性痴呆小鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To observe the effects of Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo method on learning and memory capability in mice with vascular dementia.Methods Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into model group,positive control group,traditional Chi-nese medicine（TCM）group and sham operation group.Each group had 15 mice.Models of vascular dementia in the first three groups were established through repeated cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Physiological saline was given to the mice in the sham operation group and model group.Naofukang solution was given to the mice in the positive control group.Mice in TCM group were given Hua-zhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo decoction after models were successful y established.To do behavioral testing by jumping test after trea-ting.Results Compared with the model group,the learning and memory were improved in TCM group.Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo method has protective effect on learning and memory capability in mice with vascular dementia.
