摘要
现代学徒制在当代职业教育中的应用,旨在学习和工作融为一体,让学生在学习知识和技能的同时体验工作的责任和经验,最终培养出理论与技能兼备的人才。但是在现代学徒制的实施过程中,职业教育学校要求既能讲授理论知识,又能指导技能训练的双师型师资队伍成为职业学校发展的瓶颈。文中以此为基础探讨了在现代学徒制背景下如何建设一批物流管理专业双师型师资队伍。
Modem apprenticeship in contemporary vocational education aims to integrate study with work-whichenables the students experience career responsibilities while learning knowledge and skills-and eventually cultivate thestudents into talents with both theory and skills. However, during the process of implementing modem apprenticeship, therequirements for both theory and skills become a bottleneck for teachers＊ development. Thus, this paper discusses how toconstruct a double-qualified teaching team of logistics management under the background of modem apprenticeship.
