为了提高铁路货运在物流市场的竞争力,扩大铁路运输市场份额,更进一步深化铁路货运组织改革,北京铁路局率先开办了京津冀零散货物快运业务,在局管内组织开行了京津冀零散货物快运列车(以下简称京津冀货物快运列车)。
In order to improve the competitiveness of railway freight transport in the logistics market, expandmarket share of railway transportation, further deepening the reform of railway freight transportation organization, BeijingRailway Bureau launched the first Beijing, Tianjin and scattered cargo express service, in the organization of bureau CDBBeijing, Tianjin and scattered cargo express train （hereinafter referred to as the Beijing Tianjin Hebei cargo express train）.
