摘要
为了解决快递实名制实行过程中遇到的快递信息泄露和快递企业成本上升这两个问题,文中首先设计了能够防止快递用户个人信息泄漏的条形码快递面单,而后构建了一个能够加速推动实行快递实名制实行,同时兼顾个人信息安全和降低快递企业成本的快递业运营模式。以期为政府和快递行业顺利推行快递实名制提供一条可行路径。
Barriers of real-name system can be summarized as express users＇ personal information leakage and therising cost of express company. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, this paper firstly designs bar code expresssurface sheet, which can help prevent the express users＇ personal information to leakage, and then put forward a new Courierindustry operation mode, which can facilitate to express real-name system implemented, in addition, make sure aboutpersonal information security and decrease the cost of delivery Courier industry. The aim of this paper is that provides afeasible path to successfully implemented the policy of express real-name system for the government and Courier industry.
