摘要
鉴于新标准中U71Mn钢轨化学成分的变化,研究依据新标准轧制的U71Mn钢轨的预热闪光焊接工艺。对比包钢U71Mn钢轨和U75V钢轨的化学成分,基于U75V钢轨的焊接工艺对包钢U71Mn钢轨进行焊接试验,得出U75V钢轨焊接参数可用于新标准包钢U71Mn钢轨的焊接;在旧标准鞍钢U71Mn钢轨焊接参数的基础上,通过调试顶锻阶段的压力和电压,以及调试烧化阶段的位移和电压,最终得到合适的焊接参数。焊接的2种U71Mn钢轨均通过落锤试验,钢轨接头灰斑面积和位置符合要求。
Based on the change in chemical compositions of U71Mn steel rails as specified in the new standard,the article studies the preheat-flash welding technology that is adopted for rolling U71Mn steel rails according to the new standard. By comparing the chemical compositions of U71Mn steel rails and U75V steel rails that are manufactured by Baogang,and also by conducting a welding test on U71Mn steel rails manufactured by Baogang on the basis of the U75V welding technology,the article concludes that the U75V welding parameters can be used for welding U71Mn steel rails manufactured by Baogang in view of the new standard. Based on the welding parameters for U71Mn steel rails manufactured by Angang as specified in the old standard,it can finally obtain the proper welding parameters by regulating the pressure and voltage in the upset forging stage as well as regulating the displacement and voltage in the burn-off stage. The two types of U71Mn steel rails that are welded have passed the drop-weight test. The area and position of the grey spot for rail joint can meet the requirements.
