前列腺电切联合膀胱颈切开治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病临床效果观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析前列腺电切联合膀胱颈切开治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病临床效果。方法选取该院前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者50例,接受治疗的时间为2013年3月—2015年6月期间,随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组各有25例患者,对照组采用前列腺电切治疗,观察组采用前列腺电切联合膀胱颈切开治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的最大尿流率、IPSS评分、剩余尿量和总有效率。结果观察组患者治疗后的最大尿流率、IPSS评分、剩余尿量和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺电切联合膀胱颈切开治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病具有良好的临床效果。
