摘要
目的分析在妊娠糖尿病的护理中行健康教育的效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月在该院治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者70例,分为干预组与常规组,各35例,常规组使用一般护理的方式,干预组则在常规组护理的基础上行健康教育,比较分析两组患者护理效果。结果经护理后,两组早产与巨大婴儿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组护理满意度明显比常规组高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期间糖尿病患者护理中应用健康教育方式,可以降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,具有临床应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education in the application of gestational diabetes care. Methods 70 cases of patients with gestational diabetes treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the conventional group received general care, the intervention group received health education on the basis of the conventional group, and the care effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After care, the differences in premature birth and giant baby between the two groups were not obvious(P〈0.05), the care satisfactory degree in the intervention group was obviously higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was obvious by comparison(P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of health education in caring the patients with gestational diabetes can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the satisfactory degree of patients, which is of clinical application value.
