摘要
目的:探讨硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果。方法:选取2014年6月—2015年6月沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者128例,以就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各64例。全部患者均应用胰岛素降糖治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予硫辛酸治疗,14 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗后,2组患者腓总神经运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度,正中神经运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前显著增加,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者症状、体征评分分别为(2.6±0.4)、(4.1±0.3)分,对照组为(3.9±0.3)、(5.3±0.4)分,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可以提高周围神经传导速度,改善患者神经病变的临床症状,安全性高。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid combined alprostadil in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .METHODS：128 patients with type II diabetes with peripheral neuropathy admitted into the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from Jun .2014 to Jun.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the admission sequence , with 64 cases in each.All the patients were given insulin hypoglycemic therapy , the control group were treated with alprostadil based on the routine treatment , and the observation group additionally received lipoic acid based on the control group .The treatment course was 14 d. RESULTS：After treatment, the common peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity , the median nerve motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity were significantly increased compared with before treatment , and the observation group was better than those of the control group , with statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） .Meanwhile , the symptom and sign scores were （ 2.6 ± 0.4 ） scores and （4.1 ±0.3） scores in the observation group, （3.9 ±0.3） scores and （5.3 ±0.4） scores in the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .CONCLUSIONS： Lipoic acid combined alprostadil in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can increase the peripheral nerve conduction velocity , improve the clinical symptoms of neuropathy , and has high safety in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
