摘要
LKJ2000型监控装置是机车运行的安全监控设备,主机采用双机热备冗余。而屏幕显示器作为一个独立的工作单元,其状态好坏直接影响整个系统的工作质量。经过多年对LKJ系统设备的维修,积累了一些故障处理经验和检修方法,现对LKJ2000屏幕显示器故障的分析处理、检修要点进行总结。
LKJ2000device is one kind of monitor equipment for locomotive operation which adopts hot standby redundancy with double machine.As an independent working unit,its screen display may directly affect the work quality of the whole system.Based on years of maintenance of LKJ2000 device,some experiences in handling common failures as well as have been accumulated.Failure analysis and handling of LKJ display screen and main methods of inspection and repair are summarized.
