摘要
患者女性，63岁，因“胸闷6个月，加重伴双下肢乏力4个月余”于2015年5月4日入院。10年前行子宫内膜癌根治术，8年前行结肠癌根治术，术后未行正规放化疗，长期随访无远处转移。高血压病史6个月余，未行正规降压治疗。体检：右上肢血压177／88mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），有下肢132／67mmHg，四肢活动可，
