摘要 Th17细胞是一种新发现的不同于Th1、Th2、Treg细胞(regulatory T cell)的CD4+T细胞的独立亚型,以高分泌细胞因子IL-17为特征,在机体促炎症反应机制中发挥重要功能,可促进多种自身免疫疾病的发展。Th17细胞的发现为自身免疫性疾病治疗提出了新的靶点。笔者对影响Th17细胞分化的细胞因子、转录因子及其在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的作用进行了综述。 Th17 cells are a new subset of CD4+T cells, which is different from Th1,Th2,Treg and characterized with hypersecretion cytokine IL-17, play an important function in the pro-inflammatory response mechanisms, it also can promote the development of a variety of autoimmune diseases. The discovery of Th17 cells provide a new target for the treatment of the autoimmune diseases. In present paper,author discuss the cytokines, transcription factors for Th17 cells differentiation and the role of Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).
