缩颈补偿立辊控制异常的解决措施

Countermeasures of edge mill control anomaly in necking compensation

摘要 针对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司2 250mm热轧生产线因缩颈补偿后立辊关闭异常导致带钢头部宽度偏窄的问题,分析了造成该问题的原因,通过将二级控制系统下发缩颈补偿参考值的方式由一次下发改为分步下发,且每次下发限定为2.5mm,并按带钢宽度、钢种的不同对缩颈补偿参数值进行优化,解决了带钢头部宽度偏窄的问题。 Roll gap precision of edger plays an important role to width control in hot strip mill.Aimed at the problem of narrow strip head caused by the mill control anomaly in necking compensation in the 2 250 mm hot rolling line of Shougang Jingtang United Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes were analyzed,and the measures were put into use,which were the sending method changing of necking compensation value from one-time mode to multiple sending mode with 2.5mm everytime,and the compensation value optimization according to the strip width and steel grade.So,the problem of narrow strip head was resolved.
