摘要
针对目前采用的电石泥烟气脱硫技术,研究了亚硫酸钙含量较多的电石泥脱硫渣对于水泥力学性能、凝结时间的影响,并分别与经氧化处理后的脱硫渣、脱硫石膏进行了对比分析。结果表明:电石泥脱硫渣的主要成分为亚硫酸钙、硫酸钙及未充分反应的氢氧化钙,其对水泥的凝结时间可以起到一定的调节作用,但亚硫酸钙含量直接影响水泥的力学性能及凝结时间;经过氧化处理后的电石泥脱硫渣可以作为水泥缓凝剂用于水泥生产中,有利于水泥后期强度的增长。
In view of the flue gas desulfurization technology that using calcium carbide sludge, the effect of the calcium carbide desulfurizatiou mud which contains more calcium sulfite on the mechanical properties and setting time of cement was studied, and a contrast analysis with the desulfurization gypsum and desulfurization slag after oxidation treatment was carried out respectively. The results showed that the main components of the calcium carbide desulfnrization mud were CaSO3, CaSO4 and inadequately reacted Ca(OH)2 . The calcium carbide desulfurization mud plays a regulatory role on the setting time of cement, but the content of CaSO3 directly affected the mechanical properties and setting time of the cement. Calcium carbide desulfurization mud after oxidation treatment could be used as cement retarder in cement production, which was good for the enhancement of the strength of cement in the late period.
