摘要
中国石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司800 kt/a丙烷脱沥青装置是采用ROSE技术的新装置,但是能耗高于设计值和该公司原丙烷脱沥青装置。对此在设备及工艺方面通过使用变频电机、加热炉空气预热器改造、沥青系统加入消泡剂、中压空冷器柴油冲洗等一系列措施使装置能耗由实施前的1 255.09 MJ/t降低至1 138.21 MJ/t,节能效果显著。装置若进一步优化换热网络,仍有一定的节能潜力。
The 800,000 TPY propane deasphalting unit in Petro China Karamay Petrochemical company is a new process unit applying ROSE process. But its energy consumption is higher than the design specification and the energy consumption of existing propane deasphalting unit. After a series of measures have been taken in respect of process and equipment,such as application of variable frequency,revamping of air preheater for heaters,addition of defoamer into asphalting system and diesel flushing for medium-pressure air cooler,etc,the energy consumption of the unit is reduced to 1 138. 21 MJ/t from 1 255. 09 MJ/t. The energy saving is significant. The energy saving potential is still available when heat exchange train of the unit is further optimized.
